TitleAvacado Sweet Potato Bites

Ingredients1/4 tsp. Ground Cayenne Pepper
1/4 tsp. Cumin
1/4 tsp. Paprika
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1/2 tsp, Sea Salt
1/2 tsp. Garlic Powder
2lbs. Sweet Potatoes
1 1/2 tsp. Olive Oil
Guacamole-homemade or store-bought
Bacon Bites- homemade or store-bought
Method1. Spice Mix
Add all ingredients in a large bowl
2. Sweet Potato Bites
1. Preheat oven to 425 degrees
Add olive oil, and sweet potato slices to spice
mix and stir till slices are coated.
Place sweet potato slice on a baking sheet lined with foil, taking care that the rounds do not overlap.
Bake 8 minutes on one side, then remove from the oven, flip all rounds, and bake another 8 minutes until soft.
When the potatoes are done, remove them from oven and add a spoon full of guacamole on each one and sprinkle your bacon bits.
To serve, place the rounds on a platter.
