1. - Enjoy Your Game

Welcome to Playas! Relax, be courteous, and enjoy your games. All games will start *on time*.

2. - Subbin Rules

Please note**We will not assign a sub for you in order to play in another tourney. Team will DQ** You may not sub in a PLayas tourney if you are registered for another tourney and cannot complete play. Team will DQ** ****PLEASE NOTE**** One original member must be in play for a team to be advanced in any round

3. - Tourney Starts

If You have A Partner coming And That Partner Is Not Here Yet Please Do Not Sit Until Your Partner Gets Here... Its not fair to other team to make them wait for your partner also... Please make sure you understand the format before you hit start. Do Not hit start until the TD in charge has read the rules and tells "All Full tables to start." ONCE THE TD HAS STARTED THE TOURNEY YOU HAVE 2MIN. TO HIT THE START BUTTON, THEN IF U DO N�T START YOU WILL BE WARNED IN PM IF AVAILABLE, IF NOT YOU WILL BE FLAG WARNED. AND IF NOT STARTED AFTER FLAG WARNING, YOU CAN BE SOFT BOOTED BY THE TD IN CHARGE. If you need a (brb) please take it between rounds AND NOTIFY TD IN LOBBY, IF A BRB IS TAKEN AT TABLE IT SHOULD BE FOR NO MORE THAN 3MIN. MAXIUM IF YOU GONNA BE GONE LONGER NOTIFY THE TD. In case of an emergency, please notify the TD and a sub will be assigned

4. - Player/Watchers

Watchers box is to remain open at all times. NEVER boot a TD. DQ is result of either action. *** BLOCKING of other players is NOT ALLOWED in PLayas. *** If you have a problem with a player/watcher, harassment, etc., have the TD handle it. If that is not acceptable, then play elsewhere.

5. - Boot Rules

Notify the host in charge of any boots. There is a 5 minute boot rule that applies, after 5 minutes the TD in charge will assign a sub to that table. After another 5 minutes, if the booted player is not back that sub is now permanent. Each player is allowed 2 boots per tournament. It is up to the discretion of the TD handling any additional boots.

6. - Lagging

If a player is continually lagging, send the host TD a private message. They will ask that player to speed up or may even have that player reboot. Failure to comply results in a DQ.

7. - Misbids

Resets only on first hand of first game per team. NO resets for anything other than MISBIDS. MISPLAYS =DQ. If a team has a bye to Round 2, the TD in charge will allow a reset, if needed

8. - Disputes

In the event that a dispute or a problem arises during your game, please private message the TD in charge and allow him/her to handle it. No arguing in the lobby will be allowed. TD in charge has the final say resolving the dispute.

9. - Ties

ALL PLayas Tied games will be handled as follows: At the end of 6 hands if the score is tied regardless of the bags an additional hand will be played. Certain formats will required two hands to be played so as not to give an unfair advantage to any team.

10. - Wins

WINNERS POST YOUR WINS WITH NAME & TABLE # IN LOBBY, NO RESETS, NO LEAVING TABLES UNTIL ADVANCED BY THE TD, NO MOVING YOURSELF AFTER A WIN. FAILURE TO FOLLOW RULES WILL AUTOMATICALLY RESULT IN DQ.

11. - Obscene Language

THE USE OF OBSCENE AND PROFANE LANGUAGE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THIS IS A PG RATED SITE. If necessary the TD can and will use their tools to STOP this behavior. Obscene & Profane LANGUAGE, harassment, arguments @ table or lobby WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, YOU WILL be warned then DQ and/or suspend by TD in charged or by Owners.

12. - Conduct

Unsportsmanlike conduct, i.e., false accusations, harassment, arguments at the table or in the lobby, WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND MAY RESULT IN A DQ OR USE OF TOOLS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TD.

13. - Re-entering Tourneys

All Playas Tourneys are single-elimination unless otherwise specified. Players may not re-enter a tourney, once they have lost, unless asked to do so as an individual sub by a TD. YOU MAY SUB ONLY IF ASK BY THE TD IN CHARGE NOT THE PLAYER NEEDING A SUB.

14. - Reasons for DQ

REASONS FOR DQ (Disqualification) 1. In the event a TD finds a table to be "locked" that table will be DQï¿½d. 2. If you boot a TD. 3. Using obscene or profane language. 4. Posting a false win. 5. Discussing the hand in play in any language or signal by use of any game sounds during the hand. 6. Using excessive sounds after a complaint has been filed and you have received a warning. 7. Unsportsmanlike conduct, ie; falsely accusing, harassment and arguing at the table or in the lobby, excessive booting after a warning has been given by the TD in charge of the tourney. Note: Accusations of Cheating, without Proof, is a cause for DQ and possible suspension of the accusing player.

15. - Respect Your TD

Please keep in mind at all times our TDï¿½s are donating their time to bring you fun and enjoyable tourneys. They want you to have fun first and foremost and are there to be of assistance to you. Please treat them with the utmost respect at all times. If you have a problem with a player/watcher, harassment, etc., have the TD handle it. If that is not acceptable, then play elsewhere.
