1. - Enjoy Your Game

Welcome to Playas! Relax, be courteous, and enjoy your games. All games will start *on time*. We will continue to seat until 10 after the hr. Once a tourney is closed no one may enter it except for a sub or to complete a table on a 1st come 1st serve basis. After closing, the active TD may redistribute players, as they see fit, in order to fill tables. If a player continuously gives a TD a hard time, does not co-operate, or disrespectful, it is up to that TD in charge as to if that player will be allowed to play in that TDs Tourneys. If the player gives the TD a hard time over it they may be removed from the room if the TD see?s fit to do so.

2. - Subbin Rules

PLAYING IN MORE THAN 1 TOURNEY AT SAME TIME IS NOT ALLOWED! **TWO SUBS ARE NOT ALLOWED ON THE SAME TEAM**If you ask for a SUB in FINALS the SUB will get the credit unless Original player played 1 full hand.**You may not sub in a PLayas tourney if you MISPLAY or MISBID** YOUR HOST OF THE TOURNEY IS NOT CONSIDERED A SUB **SUBS ARE TAKEN IN THE ORDER OFFERED IN THE LOBBY BY HOST ONLY ** THE HOST OR ANOTHER HOST IN THE ROOM WILL SIT FOR A BOOTED PLAYER, PLAYER MAY RESEAT IF UNDER TIME LIMIT, AFTER 5 MINUTES SUB WILL THEN BE PERMANENT. THIS WILL CAUSE LESS HOLD UPS. COMMON SENSE SHOULD PREVAIL TO PREVENT DELAYS. IF NO OTHER SUB IS AVAILABLE HOST IN CHARGE MAY ALLOW A PLAYER TO SUB MORE THAN ONCE.

3. - Tourney Starts

** IF YOU HAVE A PARTNER COMING PLEASE WAIT TILL YOU BOTH ARE READY TO SIT ** Do Not hit start until the TD in charge has read the rules and tells "All Full tables to start." ONCE THE TD HAS STARTED THE TOURNEY IF U DO NOT START YOU WILL BE SENT A MESSEGE,FLAGGED, THEN BOOTED. with 3 min to return and start If you need a (brb) please take it between rounds AND NOTIFY TD IN LOBBY,DO NOT WAIT TILL A GAME IS READY TO START AND THEN ASK FOR A BRB. A LIMIT OF 3 MINS FOR A BRB AT TABLE AND BETWEEN GAMES In case of an emergency, please notify the TD and a sub will be assigned. ONCE TABLE STARTS DO NOT LEAVE TABLE, IT MAY RESULT IN BEING DQED.

4. - Player/Watchers

This is a Social Site!!!! Watchers box is to remain open at all times. NEVER boot a TD. DQ is result of either action. Watcher eyes are to be CLOSED in FINALS ONLY. Player may watch without the eyes but must remain silent. All other rounds watcher with eyes are allowed but they may talk but , if asked to leave by a td you must do so.

5. - Boot Rules

Notify the host in charge of any boots. There is a 5 minute boot rule that applies, after 5 minutes the TD in charge will assign a sub to that table. If the booted player is not back that sub becomes permanent. EXCEPTION FOR FINALS IF A BOOTED PLAYER HAS PLAYED AT LEAST 1 HAND IN THE FINAL THEN THE ORIGINAL PLAYER THAT BOOTED WILL GET CREDIT FOR THE WIN, NOT THE SUB. Each player is allowed 2 boots per tournament. It is up to the discretion of the TD handling any additional boots.

6. - Lagging

If a player is continually lagging, send the host TD a private message. They will ask that player to speed up or may even have that player reboot. Failure to comply results in a DQ.

7. - Slow Play

Player will be warned with a FLAG----then removed from tourney---- A BRB is to be taken between games with a 5 min limit. ----If a BRB is NECESSARY during game it is to be taken---- at the end of the hand on hold of last card---- with a 5 min limit then sub will be placed. ----In the case of an Emergency during game a SUB will be placed for that player SUB is Permanent.

8. - Misbids

Reseats only on first hand of first game per team. If a team has a bye to Round 2, the TD in charge will allow a reset, if needed. MISBIDS AFTER FIRST HAND IS AUTO DQ. MISPLAY IS AUTO DQ.

9. - Disputes

In the event that a dispute or a problem arises during your game, please private message the TD in charge and allow him/her to handle it. No arguing in the lobby will be allowed. TD in charge has the final say resolving the dispute. In the event the TD feels to much drama amongst the players in the lobby it will be silenced and players will have to pm wins to TD in charge.

10. - Ties

ALL PLayas Tied games will be handled as follows: At the end of 6 hands if the score is tied regardless of the bags an additional hand will be played. Certain formats will required two hands to be played so as not to give an unfair advantage to any team.

11. - Wins

WINNERS POST YOUR WINS WITH NAME & TABLE # IN LOBBY, NO RESETS, NO LEAVING TABLES UNTIL ADVANCED BY THE TD, NO MOVING YOURSELF AFTER A WIN. FAILURE TO FOLLOW RULES WILL AUTOMATICALLY RESULT IN DQ.

12. - Obscene Language

THE USE OF OBSCENE AND PROFANE LANGUAGE IS STRICTLY PROHIBITED. THIS IS A PG RATED SITE. If necessary the TD can and will use their tools to STOP this behavior. Obscene & Profane LANGUAGE, harassment, arguments @ table or lobby WILL NOT BE TOLERATED, YOU WILL be warned then DQ and/or suspend by TD in charged or by Owners.

13. - Conduct

Unsportsmanlike conduct, i.e., false accusations, harassment, arguments at the table or in the lobby, WILL NOT BE TOLERATED AND MAY RESULT IN A DQ OR USE OF TOOLS AT THE DISCRETION OF THE TD. Keep noise play from becoming annoying to others remember to be courteous.

14. - Re-entering Tourneys

All Playas Tourneys are single-elimination unless otherwise specified. Players may not re-enter a tourney, once they have lost, unless asked to do so as an individual sub or to complete a table by a TD. YOU MAY SUB ONLY IF ASK BY THE TD IN CHARGE NOT THE PLAYER NEEDING A SUB. A PLAYER NEEDING TO COMPLETE A TABLE TO PLAY IS NOT CONSIDERED A SUB EVEN IF THEY LOST IN THE 1ST ROUND.

15. - Reasons for DQ

REASONS FOR DQ (Disqualification) 1. In the event a TD finds a table to be "locked" that table will be DQED. 2. If you boot a TD. 3. Using obscene or profane language. 4. Posting a false win. 5. Discussing the hand in play in any language or signal by use of any game sounds during the hand. 6. Using excessive sounds after a complaint has been filed and you have received a warning. 7. Unsportsmanlike conduct, ie; falsely accusing, harassment and arguing at the table or in the lobby, excessive booting after a warning has been given by the TD in charge of the tourney. Note: Accusations of Cheating, without Proof, is a cause for DQ and possible suspension of the accusing player. You are not allowed to play a game in another room while in a PLayas Tourney. Not fair to you partner you will be DQ

16. - Respect Your TD

Please keep in mind at all times our TDs are donating their time to bring you fun and enjoyable tourneys. They want you to have fun first and foremost and are there to be of assistance to you. Please treat them with the utmost respect at all times. If you have a problem with a player/watcher, harassment, etc., have the TD handle it. If that is not acceptable, then play elsewhere.

17. - Number of Hands

NO MATTER THE NUMBER OF TABLES 6 HANDS WILL BE PLAYED!!!
